Jonah Hill was snapped hitting the waves in Malibu on Tuesday, continuing with his ongoing passion for surfing.
The Los Angeles native, 36, donned a wetsuit as he had a few garments in hand, sporting a scruffy face as he stepped out for the winter outing in the water.
The Beach Bum actor appeared to be socially distanced from others amid spiking COVID-19 rates in Southern California.
The Wolf of Wall Street actor spoke last summer with three-time World Surfing League World Champion Mick Fanning about he his passion for the tide later in life.
‘It’s always been a secret dream of mine and it looks so free and so beautiful and I’m 35 in a lot of s*** happened in my life, and you kind of realize life‘s too short,’ said the Moneyball actor.
Hill said his first ever outing on the waves came August 5, 2019 and he’s ‘surfed at least five days a week every week since then.’
Hill explained how he didn’t surf growing up, spending most of his childhood on a skateboard: ‘I grew up in LA, and I grew up skateboarding and I was an overweight, awkward kid – and imagine me jumping into onto a skateboard – so I had to deal with a lot of s*** with a group of friends within skating.
